LazBlinds offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

1. General Conditions & Accessibility

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such organization to this Agreement.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Pricing & Typographical Errors

The price shown for the products excludes postage and packaging unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is based on inaccurate information, including pricing errors or technical inaccuracies displayed on our website. The contract between buyer and seller becomes valid only once the goods have been dispatched. In the event of a cancellation due to such errors, the customer will be notified, and any payments will be refunded in full.

4. Delivery & Shipping

For detailed information regarding shipping timescales, geographical restrictions (including our policy of shipping only within the 48 contiguous United States), and liability regarding delivery addresses, please refer to our comprehensive Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the Customer on the date when the products are delivered.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

All items must be checked within 7 days of receipt of goods. LazBlinds must be advised of any problems including damages, faults, incorrect products, missing parts, and unsuitability within that period. Any faults or damages must be reported along with clear photographs and a full description of the issue.

  • Availability Issues: A full refund shall be given in the event of a product not being available nor an acceptable alternative being provided.
  • Damaged/Faulty Goods: A full refund or a like-for-like replacement (if available) will be provided for damaged or faulty products. We will organize the collection for such items.
  • Personal Returns: If returning an undamaged product for personal reasons (provided it is in a saleable condition), we will refund the original purchase price less the original delivery charge (if applicable). A Collection Fee will apply and be deducted from the refund, unless the Customer arranges and covers the return shipping themselves.
  • Packaging: All returned items must be appropriately repackaged in their original packaging to ensure secure transit. Failure to do so may result in a non-collection.

(Note: Where a refund is applicable, it shall be processed within 1-7 working days.)

6. Warranty

LazBlinds offers a standard 1-Year Warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Your original receipt serves as your warranty certificate. The warranty covers construction and material defects present at the time of delivery. Exclusions: Damage caused by improper use (such as abnormal loads), aggressive substances, improper maintenance, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow user instructions. Additional exclusions include everyday wear and tear, scratches from use, and rust formation due to internal condensation.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund, provided the package has not yet been shipped.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is unforeseeable and beyond our reasonable control (making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible).

9. Confidentiality & Consumer Rights

All Customer information, including payment details, is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Such details are never passed to unauthorized third parties or used for unsolicited communication. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory consumer rights.
